We can buy their Red Shropshire cheese from our local Sainsburys here in Kent, it is only £2 for 200g. It is a slightly sweet cheese, fairly crumbly, very nice flavour, highly recommended.
I understand that Sainsburys is the only supermarket currently selling this cheese, although it seems to be available locally from other outlets in Shropshire.
