Ok pub grub. Pleasant interior. Cheap. Not super special but excellent drop in for a quick beer and food.

I have visited here a couple of times for a quick meal at lunchtime. The pub is cosy and welcoming, no background music which is always a bonus.
Both times I have opted for a brie and cranberry baguette which was tasty with plenty of cheese, a side of chips and nicely dressed salad but jacket potatoes, hot meals/steaks etc also available and my dining companion recommended the risotto.
Good value, not much more than you would pay for a baguette to take out in the town centre and a relaxing place for lunch. There is a decent sized car park outside.
The only issue, as with the Lord Hill, is that it is a popular venue for after funeral gatherings as it isn't far from the crematorium so it can be best to phone ahead to check there is a table!
