The Shropshire Cheese Company straddles the Anglo Welsh border, so much so that the cows graze in one country and sleep in the other. Their Smoked Tanatside is actually produced at the Chirk Smokery in Wales. I bought the Tanatside and Tanat Cheddar from the deli at Dobbies Garden Centre and both were very good. They do deliver directly but only on a minimum order of �40. Tempting as that it, I'm not sure my wife would be impressed if I spend �40 on cheese.
