To help us decide where to eat and buy food, Shropshire Council inspect food businesses in Shropshire and produce food hygiene ratings from 0 to 5, based on factors such as food preparation, storage, cleanliness and facilities.

really good food me and my friend go every time we go in to town, really cheap yummy cusine. Good quality food. perfect for familys, couples and friends to pop in. if your looking for somewere to go its the perfect place!!!!

Really good food, no complaints, clean, tasty and good portions. For vegetarians theres Tofu amongst other things, and combined with noodles and Spring onion and ginger sauce its divine. Great!

Great value for money, easy to understand menu and the food is just amazing! Their beef in oyster and noodles is fantastic and their battered chicken in satay sauce is one of the best things i've ever eaten - and lovely to dip your chips in!

Superb, tried Soy for the first time yesterday, a really tasty box of Beef in black bean with singapore noodles only 3.49 with free chopsticks excellent value and great taste, can't wait for my next visit to Shrewsbury.

Excellent in every respect. The amount of choice, the quality of the food and the customer service is all 2nd to none! The best chinese take away or fast food restaurant in shrewsbury by a clear mile. Just a shame they do not deliver a little further a field.

It's absolutely fantastic. The selection is wonderful; especially for vegetarians. Definitely try the tofu and ginger and spring onion sauce, it's fantastic. I've had many chinese take-aways in my time, and this is the best by far.

"without doubt the best place to eat in Shrewsbury" is going a bit far, but for the price it's very good fast food, better than most Chinese takeaways in the town and the boxes make it that little bit different.

Went there the first time today with my brother and my son, absolutely top class fast food, quick friendly service. It certainly has a American-Oriental touch, its the sort of thing you would expect to buy in New York rather than Shrewsbury, I think the place is fantastic and well worth trying if you havent been there. IMO its the best fast food outlet in Shropshire.

The only place to go for fast delicious Asian food. It really is excellent value for money. Simple menu selection process and speedy service. Singapore noodle in a Schezwan sauce with crispy beef with Hot & sour soup OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!

Soy is without a doubt the best place to eat in Shrewsbury. Its outstanding variety and welcoming, friendly staff give the American-style Chinese food that extra touch. I have been back repeatedly to try different things with every meal being fantastic. I would definitely recommend Soy to everyone in Shrewsbury and think its modern style is what Shrewsbury Town really needs. I can't wait to go back and try something else :)

I had a £1.50 box of noodles, and compared to what you pay locally for a sandwich it certainly gets my vote. Healthy, filling and makes a nice change to see something new in Town.

I had a Soy Express large box, price £4.99. Chinese roast pork with ginger and spring onions and Singapore noodles. The staff in there were very friendly and helpful and the food was very nice - although perhaps a bit too salty for my taste. The place was a bit crowded with 6th form students non-the-less, service was fairly quick and they give you a choice of plastic cutlery or chopsticks which is a nice touch. It was certainly nice enough to tempt me back and the menu is varied and interesting. There are 12 fillings plus a choice of 13 sauces and 9 side dishes plus wraps, light bites and soft drinks. They are a long way ahead of any other fast-food place in town in my opinion. If you haven't tried it already, I suggest you give it a go.
