The setting is very nice, modern and fresh. Food is first class. Starters I had bacon and black pudding scotch egg, very nice. Main was duck breast on sweet potato mash, which I can also recommend. Service was excellent, staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely eat there again

We Don't like mushrooms

Ate here last week, fantastic new restaurant. Great choice of produce and beautifully fresh food. I had the rib eye steak with bearnaise sauce. It was by far the best steak I've had in Shropshire. Deserts really made the evening shine with finesse and stunning flavour. The bar and restaurant had a classic yet vibrant feel and service was very attentive. All in all a great new addition to Shrewsbury's mostly uninspiring and boring restaurant selection.

P.S. Friends mentioned that Sunday lunch was great too, we will be returning to sample that very soon.
