Over rated and over priced.

Have not eaten here, but asked for menu for a family gathering and was sent a set of options. Rang to query something and when they realised it was a wedding, they informed us the initial menu they had sent was not for weddings. The new options that arrived were basically the same food but for double the price. They lost our business.

Extremely disappointed with both the food and service with this restaurant. The venue itself and the surroundings are excellent, but unfortunately the food and abrupt service don't match up. For the high cost this doesn't represent value for money and I won't be returning.

Been going here for family special occassion meals for years........never dissappointed - also went for Valentines one year and that was amazing - food is always interesting and tasty - if you ive near it - make sure you go at least once :)

Perfect place for an after-work drink, which is what I went for, a nice setting and view for a chilled glass of wine after a day at work. We sat in the sun on the rustic-look tables outside, and it was such a nice atmosphere that we also decided to have food, they brought bread straight over to our table and the food was great, we had the veal burger and the tomato and goats cheese veggie option, both of which were presented nicely and tasted great. Woudl definitely go again, at any time of the year as I know from past experience that sitting inside is just as nice, with the occasional live music act which just complements the atmosphere!!
