Best value breakfast which includes toast and coffee (plus top up). Good service. Only criticism is the plastic tablecloths (tacky) and failure to take cards

Visited yesterday with my 9mth old daughter and her gran. This doesn't look from the outside the sort of place that would welcome children, looks like an old fashioned tea room but I couldn't have been more wrong. As soon as we went in a highchair was found, brought to the table and they cleaned it before settling in baby and finding her a toy. A fab range of homemade cakes, and they warmed my chocolate brownie for me as they said it was better that way - and it was! I will go back, the staff were so friendly and it is a lovely quiet out of the way spot.

Pre booked our table which was ready for us when we arrived. They were very busy and the service was good. We waited a while for our food and when it arrived they were very apologetic for the wait, but it was well worth it as the food was beautiful. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection.

Nice little coffee shop in the parade of shops inside the old hospital building. Worth a visit.
